More user testing feedback

24 08 2006

From the very beginning of the implementation of this project I employed user testing instead of dangerously waiting until just prior to launch the prototype. I had people try using the site and give feedback on its ease or difficulty such as speed, loading, navigation, link, site design etc. I also decided to receive feedback from other groups, like Europeans, to determine whether other people found it enjoyable or informative and to receive completely bias-free reactions. Generally the responses were very positive, particularly from the ethnically Chinese practitioners of spirit money burning, who were interested doing this online. I interviewed Wilson Cheng from Ttaiwan : face to face testing. And he said “VERY ASIAN WITH A PARTICULARLY SOUTH EAST ASIAN FEELING” 🙂
